We have over two decades of experience at Backstage Promotions organising tailored events to suit your individual requirements and budget, such as; Theatre Shows/Tours, Music Festivals, School Balls/Proms, Discos, Band Nights etc.

When events are organised in school/college someone has the ultimate responsibility of arranging the whole thing, so why not take the decision to allow all staff and pupils to enjoy the occasion together; whilst at the same time raising much needed extra income for the College or a chosen charity, gaining admirable public press.

Activity Days

(Can be inter-house/Inter tutor group etc) includes:
Tug Of War, Sumo Wrestling, Tyrolean Games, Dance Routines, Adapted TV Games i.e. Test The Nation, Bargain Hunt, Price Is Right.

Backstage Promotions also organise Curriculum Based Trips for pupils which can involve Geography, History and Science inputs staffed by ex Head of Departments in various subjects.

Sports Taster Days

(Summer term only) includes:
Visits by different organisations showing sports like Tennis, Fencing, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Football, Rugby, Athletics, Hockey, Cricket and Basketball.

Fundrasers

Such as School/College Discos, Horse Race Nights, Cabaret Nights, Casino Party (paper money), Quizzes etc.

School Balls

In association with some of the best venues in the midlands we will take the strain out of organising your end of year School Ball.

Let Backstage Promotions organise the venue, entertainment, catering and posters/tickets for your event.

Our team leaders will liaise with staff and pupils to ensure that all of your requirements are met. We can even come along to your school assembly to talk to explain what's in store!
